Up to date, HELP-FORWARD has established a major function for building strategic relations with research and innovation
related organisations outside the EU by setting twinning schemes and providing support services.

Track record (project and contracts)
Help-Forward has been the advisor for the set-up and the operation of Innovation and Research Programmes Promotion Centres in Bulgaria (1997-2000), Romania (1997-1999) and Cyprus (1999-2000).
A flagship project was the evaluation and re-engineering of the Research Promotion Foundation in Cyprus (2005).
Support and twinning with the FP National Information Points in Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaidjan under the INTAS ININ schemes (2003-2006).
Framework Program training seminars in Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Mexico, South Africa.
Currently HELP-FORWARD is providing support services to the NCPs in Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia.
Continuous cooperation is established with the Chinese NCP organisation.
Future activites include cooperation with the Central American countries and the Gulf countries.
Help-Forward is the coordinator of the official project (INCONTACT) of all FP7 NCPs for International Cooperation (INCO) aiming to enhance research collaboration between the EU and the rest of the world.
